Vitamin D3+K2

Did you know that vitamin D isn't actually a vitamin but a hormone that is produced by the body. We can get sufficient amounts of this hormone simply by spending time in the sun for 15 minutes a day/3x a week.  In smaller doses, you can get vitamin D3 by eating red meat and fish.  The problem is, people just don't get enough of this valuable hormone.

Many people know about the many benefits of vitamin D3. What people don’t know is that vitamin D has a best friend, vitamin K. Vitamin K helps to maximize the benefits of vitamin D. Vitamin D helps the body absorb and use calcium and vitamin K helps to direct the body to the proper places to store it, like in the bones.

✅Support bone health

✅Promote immune system

✅Helps with healthy muscles

✅Helps the Pancreas release insulin

✅Supports blood clotting

✅Aids in the absorption of calcium

✅Necessary for thyroid function

Vitamin D is often called the sunshine vitamin because the body naturally produces vitamin D when the skin is exposed to the sun. But when we don’t get enough exposure to the sun – like during the winter months or people who have an office job – we might not get enough vitamin D. Including K2 along with vitamin D3 is a must to maximize the usefulness of both vitamins.

Deficiencies in vitamin D can lower your calcium levels, decrease your phosphate levels, create muscle spasms, and put you at an increased risk of osteoporosis.
